Refund policy

Our refund policy covers only small items like accessories with T&C as well.

• Item must be in its original packaging
• If not packaged,there must be proof it has not been used.
• This must be done within 3 days of purchase.
• If you have paid or ordered for a large item and require a refund,please call or send an email stating reasons for cancellation before item is processed for shipping.
• Reconfirm bespoke request by specifications or pictures before completing the order and payment. 
• There will be no refund for any bespoke or altered products made on request by the customer. We will not be responsible for any losses as a result of the customer's 'change of mind' After product(s) are made. 
• Once item(s) are processed and delivered there will not be any form of refund,we may consider an exchange in some cases .
